1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KeepTrack Fleet Management ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
KeepTrack provides fleet management, vehicle tracking, route optimization, driver performance monitoring, maintenance scheduling, and related analytics services to authorized business customers.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. KeepTrack employs two-factor authentication (2FA) and encrypted sessions. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using unauthorized methods. Fleet data must only be used for legitimate business purposes.
5. Data Ownership
All fleet data, vehicle information, driver records, and operational data entered into KeepTrack remain the property of the customer. KeepTrack processes this data solely to provide the Service.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. KeepTrack is not liable for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeepTrack shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
KeepTrack reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
